This process replaces air with a foam product that gives a ride similar to air, but makes the tire virtually flat-proof. The foam material eliminates down time, increases the life of your tires, and maximizes performance and stability of your equipment.

Foam fill, also called polyurethane fill, is a two part liquid compound that is pumped into a tire through the valve stem at the manufacturer's recommended pressure, completely replacing all of the air inside the casing. It is then allowed to cure for twenty-four to thirty-six hours. When fully cured, the tire has a resilient rubber core that cannot go flat under any circumstances. It takes about a day. And lasts about forever.

Foam fill is recommended for any tire—tube type or tubeless—operating under hazardous conditions on any piece of equipment that normally travels at speeds of less than 35 miles per hour. Higher speeds require cooling periods of up to 8 hours to disperse the heat that can build up inside the casing. Foam fill is not recommended for highway use. It cannot be put in passenger or motorcycle tires unless the vehicle is only used for travel at a given site and not used for highway travel.

Foam fill works best for construction, farm, and industrial equipment such as fork lifts, bobcats, backhoes, trenchers, tractors, man lifts, lawn mowers, wheel barrows, handcarts, and golf carts. It has also been successfully used in street sweepers and landfill equipment.
